Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). We use Clickfunnels, Etison LLC, 3443 W Bavaria St., Eagle, ID 83616 for the creation of the site and personal data collected through Clickfunnels is securely transferred to our CRM systems. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business).

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. However you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.

CONTACT FORM

Contact form if you are interested in concluding a Find Your Mentor Lifetime Membership: We will only use the data collected via our contact form to process requests received through the contact form, Art. 6 lit. f GDPR. After processing the request, the collected data will be deleted within six months.

NEWSLETTER

The data entered in the registration mask of our newsletter is used by us exclusively for the dispatch of our newsletter, in which we inform about all our services. After registration we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a link that you have to click on to complete the registration for our newsletter (Double-Opt-In). The newsletter can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

 

The receipt of the newsletter is exclusively by personal confirmation via the legally required double-opt-in process.

You will not incur any costs for the revocation of your consent to receive the newsletter, except for the transmission costs according to the respective basic tariff of your telephone/internet provider. Additionally, you can also unsubscribe from the respective newsletter by clicking on "Unsubscribe" under each e-mail.

 

Transmission of newsletter data to Clickfunnels: For the manual and automated dispatch of newsletter mails we use the e-mail marketing provider Clickfunnels, Etison LLC, 3443 W Bavaria St., Eagle, ID 83616. The data transmission between Germany and the USA was previously based on the Safe Harbor Agreement.

 

With the ruling of the European Court of Justice on October 6, 2015, the Safe Harbor Agreement is no longer valid. Data transmission to non-European service providers is thus in a legal grey area until a new agreement on transatlantic data transmission is drawn up by politicians.

 

Subscription to the newsletter distribution list is voluntary. It requires the consent to the transfer of your email data to Clickfunnels. If you do not agree to this, you will not be able to use the newsletter service.

 

Your email address will be collected, stored and used to send you information about online marketing, social media, data protection, sales training and personal development via newsletter.

 

The technical handling of the contact management and newsletter dispatch is guaranteed by Clickfunnels. According to Clikfunnels, customer data will not be passed on to third parties, but may be made available to governmental investigating authorities upon request.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) do not always offer the same levels of protection to your personal data, so European law has prohibited transfers of personal data outside of the EEA unless the transfer meets certain criteria.

If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
